General terms and conditions of sale

Low season: from 30/03 to 12/04/2018
Mid season: from 13/04 to 31/05/2018 and 17/09 to 15/10/2018
High season: from 01/06 to 16/09/2018

Double rooms and Suites with breakfast served on the terrace and included in the rate of the night.

The option of a third guest is only possible in the Superior room and Suite (Roman and Nemo).
Extra bed: 60 euros / day with breakfast included.

Welcome the day of your arrival between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.

Several restaurants within a 5 minute drive to the beach Gigaro or village.

Payment by : Cash - Bank Transfer - Credit Card

Book your Stay 

A deposit equivalent to 30%, one or two nights, will be requested.

You can book by allowing us to charge the deposit on your credit card or making a bank transfer.

Whatever the mode of payment, a credit card number will be systematically asked as a collateral.

The reservation is confirmed after payment of the required deposit , you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL back.

Cancellation of your stay and reimbursement of deposit 

You need to cancel your stay one month before the date of arrival.
After this period , we will keep your deposit.


IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be notified by phone followed by an email to contact@3iles.com.
The fees are set at 20 euros.

 

  • The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 31 days of the scheduled arrival date.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 31 days of the arrival date.
  • The full payment will be required in case of cancellation within 8 days before arrival in high season and 4 days in low and middle season.

An invoice will be sent to your home to get reimbursement from your travel insurance.
