General terms and conditions of sale

Low season: from 31/03 to 11/04/2021
Mid season: from 12/04 to 28/05/2021 and 16/09 to 10/10/2021
High season: from 29/05 to 15/09/2021

Double rooms and Suites with breakfast served on the terrace and included in the rate of the night.

The option of a third guest is only possible in the Superior room (Roman) and Suite (Nemo).
Extra bed: 80 euros / day with breakfast included.

Welcome the day of your arrival between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.

Several restaurants within a 5 minute drive to the beach Gigaro or village.

Payment by : Cash - Bank Transfer - Credit Card

Book your Stay 

A deposit equivalent to 30%, one or two nights, will be requested.

You can book by allowing us to charge the deposit on your credit card or making a bank transfer.

Whatever the mode of payment, a credit card number will be systematically asked as a collateral.

The reservation is confirmed after payment of the required deposit , you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL back.

Cancellation of your stay and reimbursement of deposit 

You need to cancel your stay one month before the date of arrival.
After this period , we will keep your deposit.


IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be notified by phone followed by an email to contact@3iles.com.
The fees are set at 30 euros.

 

  • Information COVID-19: The deposit will be charged to your credit card only 4 weeks before your arrival!
  •  
  • The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 31 days of the arrival date. Exept of COVID 19
  • The full payment will be required in case of cancellation within 8 days before arrival in high season and 4 days in low and middle season.
  • EXCEPT with a medical certificate in case of illness due to COVID-19 - in this case we will refund the deposit paid up to 14 days before the arrival date.

An invoice will be sent to your home to get reimbursement from your travel insurance.
