General terms and conditions of sale
Low season: from 29/03 to 11/04/2019
Mid season: from 12/04 to 29/05/2019 and 16/09 to 14/10/2019
High season: from 30/05 to 15/09/2019
Double rooms and Suites with breakfast served on the terrace and included in the rate of the night.
The option of a third guest is only possible in the Superior room (Roman) and Suite (Nemo).
Extra bed: 60 euros / day with breakfast included.
Welcome the day of your arrival between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.
Several restaurants within a 5 minute drive to the beach Gigaro or village.
Payment by : Cash - Bank Transfer - Credit Card
Book your Stay
A deposit equivalent to 30%, one or two nights, will be requested.
You can book by allowing us to charge the deposit on your credit card or making a bank transfer.
Whatever the mode of payment, a credit card number will be systematically asked as a collateral.

The reservation is confirmed after payment of the required deposit , you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL back.
Cancellation of your stay and reimbursement of deposit
You need to cancel your stay one month before the date of arrival.
After this period , we will keep your deposit.
IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be notified by phone followed by an email to contact@3iles.com.
The fees are set at 20 euros.
- The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 31 days of the scheduled arrival date.
- The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 31 days of the arrival date.
- The full payment will be required in case of cancellation within 8 days before arrival in high season and 4 days in low and middle season.
An invoice will be sent to your home to get reimbursement from your travel insurance.
